About Candelyze
These policies apply to the Candelyze website and hosted chart-analysis service provided under the Candelyze name.
Service
Candelyze analyzes user-supplied trading-chart screenshots and may create visual overlays, conditional scenarios, entries, invalidation areas, targets and explanatory text. It does not monitor live markets, execute trades, hold funds or verify that a scenario occurred.
No financial advice
Candelyze is an educational analysis tool, not a broker, investment adviser or trading signal service. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Users must verify the original chart, prices, timeframe and risk before making any decision.
Accounts and trial
Access is personal to the authenticated account. Eligible accounts receive three trial analyses once, without a card. Multiple accounts may not be used to repeat trials or evade limits.
Subscriptions and allowances
Access is EUR 29.99 per month with 50 analyses. Pro is EUR 49.99 per month with 100 analyses. Review the final checkout amount before confirming payment. Included analyses expire at the end of the paid period and do not roll over. Additional packs require an active subscription, expire after 12 months and are locked when paid access ends.
AI usage
A completed analysis, including a valid no-setup assessment, uses one analysis. Multi-timeframe uses one analysis per screenshot. A confirmed technical failure restores only the affected analysis. Deleting content does not restore an allowance.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change or experience interruptions. Trading involves substantial risk and may result in loss of capital. Candelyze does not guarantee accuracy, availability, profit or a particular market outcome.
