About Candelyze
These policies apply to the Candelyze website and hosted chart-analysis service provided under the Candelyze name.
Licence
Candelyze grants an authorized user a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the hosted software during the permitted access period.
Permitted use
Users may submit screenshots they are entitled to use, review and export their own analyses and use outputs for personal research or internal decision support.
Restrictions
Users may not bypass authentication or metering, share accounts, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape the application, reverse engineer private systems or present Candelyze as a broker or guaranteed trading service.
AI and market risk
The software produces probabilistic output from supplied screenshots. It can misread a price, instrument, timeframe or structure. Users remain responsible for checking every output and for their own decisions, gains and losses.
Termination
Access may end for non-payment, misuse, fraud, security threats or serious breach, subject to applicable law. Termination does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription or erase records required for payments, refunds or legal obligations.
