About Candelyze
These policies apply to the Candelyze website and hosted chart-analysis service provided under the Candelyze name.
Data we process
We process the authenticated account identifier and email, uploaded chart screenshots, analysis results, preferences, journals, feedback, usage records and payment or subscription references needed to operate Candelyze.
Why we process it
Data is used to provide analyses, store private history, enforce allowances, process subscriptions and refunds, prevent abuse, secure the service and improve reliability.
Service providers
Candelyze currently relies on Cloudflare infrastructure and Supabase for authentication, OpenAI for AI analysis and Stripe for checkout, subscriptions and payments. These providers process only the information required for their role.
Retention and deletion
Saved screenshots, analyses, journals and preferences remain until deleted. Account deletion removes this content. Minimal payment, credit, security and metering records may be retained where necessary for refunds, accounting, legal obligations and prevention of repeated trial abuse.
Your controls
Workspace settings provide a JSON export of saved analysis text, journals and account activity. Users can delete individual analyses or all account content. Account deletion does not cancel a Stripe subscription.
